BOOK ONLINE HERE'Throwing Pot' Class Information On the premises, there are pottery wheels to learn throwing pots. Limited class numbers of 4 people for 'learning to throw' and up to 6 people for hand building lessons. Class Location Classes are held downstairs of Helen's house, in a room set up with 4 pottery wheels, a large slab roller and tables which sits 6 people in total. Cost for classes: $15 for 1 hour $25 for 2 hours $35 for 3 hours * Please Note included & excluded costs: * Clay is extra at $2 for 1kg for the local school clay. * Pugs are also available for prices ranging from $14 to $50 (for porcelain clay). * The use of the available facilities and expert guidance by a teacher. * Firing costs are now $5 per KG at Bisque weigh for items made during class. General Class Timetable Monday: 10am to 12 pm, (4pm - 5:30pm Kids After School Clay Class) Tuesday: No classes available, unless organised via special arrangement. Wednesday: 10am to 12pm, 6pm to 8pm Thursday: 2pm - 4pm, (4pm - 5:30pm Kids After School Clay Class), 6pm - 8pm Friday: No classes available, unless organised via special arrangement Saturday: 9am to 11am, 11.30 to 1.30pm. Afternoon classes by special arrangement Sunday: We are Closed. Booking a School Holiday Class Please contact me if you are interested in your child coming to a school holiday class. Booking a Group Class Depending on your requirements, the Clay Sculpture class can come to you. If required, I can bring two pottery wheels to your location to teach throwing, or bring materials and tools to teach hand building. I have some experience of teaching pottery in schools and I am happy to work around the teachers/schools requirements. I hold a valid blue card.
